Why We Built EBAM

We saw the same problems repeat, rigid methodologies installed, endless transformation programs, and very little change in how work actually lined up with strategy. EBAM was created as a practical alignment system, not another methodology, giving leaders a clear way to connect goals, priorities, and delivery decisions.
